Hey guys,
I%26#39;m heading to Tokyo for 3 weeks in August. We%26#39;ll be traveling around Japan, namely Osaka and Kyoto a bit, but most of the time will be spent in Tokyo.
I%26#39;m going with three other people, and we%26#39;re looking to rent an apartment geared towards tourists for those 3 weeks.
My friend with whom I%26#39;m going with has been to Japan a few times and has always stayed in a two person dorm-type room run by Sakura House:

He is familiar with the 1 and 2 person rooms that they offer, but I%26#39;m wondering if there is a similar company that offers an apartment type place that can house 4 people for 3 weeks. Preferably two bedrooms if that isn%26#39;t asking too much.
Failing that, we would be fine with a place that can offer us two rooms shared by two people.
We%26#39;re looking to keep our costs down, so something simple is fine. We don%26#39;t need a lavish place.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Any thoughts? Anyone?
Economical Apartment in Tokyo
It%26#39;s hard to recommend accommodations without knowing how much you%26#39;re willing to pay, but take a look at these:

Thank you kindly for your help.
Judging by the pictures of those websites, they look to be a little rich for our blood.
My friend has stayed in a dorm type place in the past and has been able to get a place for around $40 CAN a night. We were hoping to find a similar place at a similar cost this time around.
Try this one:

Oak House looks awesome. Thank you my friend. :)
Check guesthouses in the Minami-senju area. It%26#39;s now the backpackers%26#39; quarter in Japan. It%26#39;s quite close to Ueno and Asakusa. If you are staying at one place for a long period of time the rate should be pretty decent.
Thanks Doggie. I%26#39;ll definitely take a look into that neighbourhood.
