We are hiring a car on Shikoku Island at Sakaide on 14 April to drive down to the Iya Valley, staying at Iya Binji Ryokan and returning the car the next day to Sakaide.
We want to explore this area and valley. Is there likely to be much snow about then and are there any toll ways along this journey?
Any other tips would be appreciated.
